Returns and exchanges

30-day returns. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return a piece, without giving any reason. This goes beyond the 14 days required by law.

Conditions

  • The piece has not been worn or washed.
  • It is returned with its tags attached, in its original packaging if possible.
  • Return costs are at your expense.

How to return

  1. Email us at contact@bystorymum.com with your order number and the piece concerned (or use the withdrawal form).
  2. We will confirm the return address.
  3. Send the piece back with the carrier of your choice, at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment (for example Mondial Relay to a pickup point or locker): keep your proof of drop-off.

Refund

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request (it may be withheld until we receive the piece). If the whole order is returned, the original delivery costs are refunded, up to the cheapest delivery option offered. Return costs remain at your expense.

Exchanges

Pieces are available in limited quantities: a size exchange is only possible if the size you want is still available. Otherwise, we refund you. Sending back the piece to exchange is at your expense, as is the new shipment.

Faulty or non-conforming piece

If you receive a faulty or non-conforming piece, contact us with a photo as soon as you notice it: it will be replaced or refunded, return costs paid by us, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.

Withdrawal form

You can also simply email us at contact@bystorymum.com: "For the attention of Samia Belkolli EI – Bystorymum, Le Maillane, 9 rue Henri Barbusse, 13090 Aix-en-Provence. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [piece and size], ordered on [date] / received on [date], [name], [address], [date], [signature if sent on paper]."
